I made a courier to the mentioned below address on
11/04/2017. The material is still not delivered and neither the office
staffs able to track the order. I got a feedback the material was wrongly
sent to some different office and material got damaged. They told me will refund 500Rs for it but the price of product I shipped is 800Rs. I am fed up with the irresponsibility from
your end .

They had raised a complaint for this issue and they have closed without any action

1. Mis handling of consumer goods and damaging
2. Providing wrong information on shipping

4. Insulting the customer by offering a lower amount of 500Rs
5. Not picking the call from customer

My Dad send me a courier via Franch Express Courier. It arrived Chennai on 02.05.2017. The delivery boy came to the exact spot and that time I am not available. I called that person and request him to delivery it in my work place (It's only take few minutes from the address mentioned in the courier). He agreed and told me to delivery it on 03.05.2017.

But on 03.05.2017, he called me and told that your courier was ready to dispatch and I am near to the Hostel. I asked him that, the you told me to deliver in my work place but why are you there. He told me that that is our designation and I cant come there.

So I told him that, its ok wait for 2 mins I will come and receive. But he replied that IF YOU BRING ME THE LUNCH AND I WILL WAIT (SARCASTICALLY).

I immediately disconnected the call and ask my friend to receive the courier because I m in my work place. So I cant leave that time. And I again called him that my friend receive the courier. Immediately he replied that I cant give like that I only deliver to you. So I asked what can I do? He tell me that ask your father to go to where he sent the courier and tell them to spoke to my head office, they will contact my branch and if they tell me I will give it to your friend! like that he said.

Till now I did not received my courier.

Is this the way of behavior?

Regret to inform you that the above awb contained pack of our courier booked in chennai on 3.5.17 to hyderabad has not delivered till such time. The courier reached hyderabad on 4.5.17. I have checked the awb number. But the courier man refused to deliver the packet. He asked the sender to come & collect the packet & he is not willing to deliver. I am really shocked by his behaviour.. I wanted to know, why my courier doesnt reached? Is it your franch express service? If you would have told us the courier will reach only after 6 days, i would have not choosen your service.
I am really annoyed of your service. Also i am going to file a petition in the consumer court after lodging a police compliant.
Kindly let me know the status & reply.

Worst experience i have never had before with the service, i have sent a parcel to chitoor district from chennai on 6/05/2017 they have given estimated delivery time for two days. But still courier haven't delivered. When we checked with the customer care they replied very worst manner. Such an irresponsible customer service i have ever seen. She threaten me like i wont get my parcel back. When i asked for proper response she said do you want me to give parcel in your hand or what. Is this the way customer care people will react to the customer when asked for the status of the courier. I want to get my courier back without any damage as she said. And i'm requesting management team to take action on her.

I have checked the awb number. I have called the head office in chennai and asked about detail many times. But they are simply telling that the courier will be delivered on that day. But still not delivered. I am really shocked by his behaviour.. I wanted to know, why my courier doesnt reached? Is it your franch express service? I am from coimbatore. One of my supplier sent a parcel from north india on 10th june 2017. It is not reached yet. I tried to track online. It was saying in transit. Then after few days it said address not clear! How come this is possible. When i send details to supplier i sent my address clearly. If the address is not clear the delivery man has to call me via mobile and ask for address. I am unable to move outside home. Just waiting at home to receive. And today morning, it shows it is in-transit to chennai hub due to non-delivery.. Oh god!!! What a worst service network!! For all these days, i tried so many mobile numbers to reach them. Lan lines are there and it says switched off. And mobile numbers are there. It rings. No one picks!! I tried to call customer care. No mobile numbers are there. But email ids are there and when i sent email, it says mail delivery failed. I do not know how people will trust this company?!! First and foremost request.. Kindly updated your website with current phone numbers. Attend calls!!!

[protected] was the booked number. On14.07.2017 from maraimalai nagar to nagamalai pudukottai the courier is not delivered till 18.07.2017. This was an important document. I have booked a complaint in your office the complaint no is 8377972. After tracing the number contact the nagamalai pudukottai branch no. The agent replied that he has phone to the addresse. He has not take the phone so when the addresse phoned after an hour so he said the addresse has to come and collect. It is the fault done by the receiver. So he has make arrangement to return the delvery. His speech was rude,,!!! I have told that complaint has been booked and the call was recorded and it was sent in whatsapp and a complaint will be booked in police station for judicial action. Then he replied rudely that the address in very near. He will deliver to day it may after sunset. The person who have sent the courier told that the delvery. Boy was a rouge he will speak every time to all the people. If doubt any body can check this. Why the courier is having a rouge and fraud agent pl look in to the matter and take serious action against this it is.

I sent medicine fruits from bangalore to dinigul town with clear address and contact details opted for next day delivery and the person promised the same.

No updates no calls on next day. When i tracked and enquired they simply saying my package came to dindigul and misrouted to vathalagundu.

When i asked to get the package and delivery by noon, they are not ready. They said will delivery tomorrow.

See the attachment of medicine fruit, which are completely spoiled due to their irresponsible behavior of staffs at dindigul branch.

Never ever sent couriers via franch express.

They don't even understand what you saying, simply reply it got misroute you will get it tomorrow.

It's the worst courier service i have ever seen. They dont even answer your queries properly when you as a customer have some doubts. I tried to track my courier with the id they gave in receipt which shows invalid. And when i called the alapakkam branch code person, he was so rude and did not help me or give me any information about my courier and disconnected my call abruptly.

I have no idea where my parcel is hanged now. Worst service. Never opt for this. If you guys cannot provide or manage your service properly kindly quit than cheating people after getting money.

Dear team
As on date 26th aug 17 we have sent a courier and it has been reached bangalore on 28aug2017 from that date i did not receive courier from french express of we check in online tracking it's is reflecting as holding in sr nagar hub if we contact regarding this they r telling regularly give us one day time already we have give 6days time but still courier not delivered too bad customer service manager do not have any responsibilities if any complaint raised that they have solve the issue here in bangalore one manager mr akbar when we call always he will tell her one more day this is too bad in this courier alredy we have been waited for more than 5 days there is no responce from manager side and they r not picking customer cells also
